1. Who is the data controller

2. What data we collect and why

Through the “Request a quote” form we collect: first and last name, institution/clinic, position (optional), phone number, email address, area of interest, requested products and the remarks you write.

• Purpose: to answer your quote request and to contact you about it.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and our legitimate interest in answering commercial enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). By ticking the box in the form you also give your consent to the processing.

We do not collect data through any other means on this website and we do not use data for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. How long we keep the data

We keep the data from your request for as long as necessary to answer you and for any resulting collaboration, then for no more than [24 months — period to be confirmed by the company] from the last interaction, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, accounting documents).

4. Who we may share data with

The data may be accessed by the providers that help us operate the website and email (hosting and email services), under contracts providing for data protection, as well as by authorities, when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

6. Fonts loaded from Google
