Double J stent / ureteral stent

Flexible tube made of biocompatible material, inserted by a retrograde or antegrade method. Ensures continuous flow of urine from the kidney to the bladder in case of ureteral obstruction/blockage. Intended for short-term use (up to 30 days). Optimal radiopacity for imaging, high shape memory (reduces migration), supplied with a pusher for easy insertion. The set contains suture, guidewire and clamp.

Long Duro stent

Silicone Double J stent (Sili Soft stent)

Very flexible and soft stent, made of silicone or a silicone-polyurethane blend. Uniform diameter and smooth surface that reduce encrustation; optimal loop shape and high memory for minimal migration risk. Good radiopacity. Can be implanted for up to 365 days.

Hydro Affinity stent

Hydrophilic properties that facilitate insertion; extremely smooth surface, up to 2x more lubricious than other Double J stents. On contact with fluids it becomes hydrophilic, creating a “cushion” effect between the stent and the tissue. Tapered tip for easy maneuverability around obstructions.

Tumor stent
